Reba Sets Record With Duet
Reba McEntire has made history with her duet hit with Brooks & Dunn, “Cowgirls Don’t Cry.”
The song has become Reba’s 56th to land in the Top 10 of the Billboard singles chart, giving her the most Top 10 hits of any female country artist. Previously, Reba and Dolly Parton shared the record with 55 Top 10 country hits. Reba says that she’s awed by the accomplishment and calls Dolly, “One of my idols and good friends.” She adds, “To be able to accomplish a 56th Top 10 hit while singing with my buddies, Brooks & Dunn, makes it all so much sweeter.”
