REBA PLAYS A CLUB DATE

Reba McEntire generally plays to large arenas and concert halls, but Monday night May 29, Reba returned to her roots.

The redheaded superstar made a surprise appearance at Nashville’s famed bluegrass club The Station Inn, performing with the 11-piece swing band The Time Jumpers. Reba was joining Brooks & Dunn’s Ronnie Dunn and other guests to celebrate the anniversary of their record producer Tony Brown and his wife Anastasia, the popular judge from Nashville Star. The band invited Reba to the stage, and she confessed to the crowd, “The last time I sang after having a beer, I was in college.” She then belted out a pair of Bob Wills classics, “San Antonio Rose” and “Faded Love.” Afterwards, Reba and Ronnie posed for pictures with fans.
