RASCAL FLATTS VISITS THE WHITE HOUSE

Rascal Flatts performed Monday night at a black-tie Presidential dinner honoring Eunice Kennedy Shriver for her work with Special Olympics.

President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush were in attendance, as were California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, as well as Vanessa Williams, Barbara Walters and champion figure skater Scott Hamilton. During the performance, Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus recalled getting in trouble as a youngster for crossing the velvet rope during a White House tour to sit at the East Room piano. “And now I get to play on it,” he joked. “Ha!”
