RANDY TRAVIS OKAY AFTER BUS ACCIDENT

While on the road to a gig in the Poconos Sunday, Randy Travis, his wife/manager Elizabeth Travis and tour manager Jeff Davis were in a tour bus accident. Around 12:30 p.m. in Lakeville, Pa., the road they were on gave out beneath the weight of their 25-ton customized Coach. Davis was driving the bus and kept it from flipping over as it went in a ditch. Randy and Lib were thrown around inside the bus but luckily suffered only bumps and bruises. It took two tow trucks over four hours to pull the bus from the muddy ditch. "We want to thank all the folks who helped us out," said Randy. "When we planned to release our new single, 'Raise Him Up,' this week, this was not what we had in mind."
