Phil Vassar is a new dad! Yesterday at 2:58 p.m., Phil and wife Julie welcomed their first child into the world, daughter Presley Jade, who was born in a Nashville hospital. Presley weighed 6 lbs., 11 oz., and she joins her older sister, Haley, who is Phil's daughter from a previous relationship. Congratulations to the Vassars!
