POP AND COUNTRY WORLDS COLLIDE

Strange but true-Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus is producing pop band Chicago's next album! Chicago's new lead singer, Jason Scheff, has been a friend of Jay's for several years. Last November, Jason joined Rascal Flatts onstage during a show in St. Paul, Minnesota, to sing two Chicago songs. Jason even sang the Chicago hit "Will You Still Love Me?" at Jay's wedding last May. "Chicago was a big influence on all three of us growing up," said Jay of he and his bandmates. "I admire their musical integrity, and when the opportunity came up to produce them, I couldn't let it go by." Jay will fit in recording time with Chicago in between his Rascal Flatts concert dates on their "Here's To You" tour.
