PHIL VASSAR -- TAKING LESSONS FROM JIMMY BUFFETT

According to Phil Vassar, Jimmy Buffett knows how to live.

In his latest single, "Six Pack Summer," Vassar pays tribute to the father of all Parrotheads with the lyrics:

"Got the sun block, a blanket, and the best of Jimmy Buffett T-bones for the grill, hey, ain't it great to rough it..."

Vassar describes Buffett as "the guy who's done it right," and admires that he lives life on his own terms. Buffett spends his summers touring and the rest of the year he does whatever his heart desires, whether it be making an album, focusing on his career as an author or spending time with his family.

Phil is currently promoting his new album, "American Child."
