Phil Vassar's bass player, Steve Cook, will soon be a married man. With some help from Phil, Steve proposed to his girlfriend during a recent show in Louisville, Ky. As Phil took a dramatic pause during the romantic ballad "Last Day of My Life," Steve's girlfriend brought Phil a glass of wine, thinking it was part of the show. Steve then took to one knee onstage. Judging from the video, we're pretty sure that he got a yes out of her.

Phil then took to his piano to finish out the ballad as the newly engaged couple danced center stage.
