THE PARTY NEVER ENDS

Gretchen Wilson's debut album, Here For The Party, is still selling like hotcakes, but she's already announced the release date for her next album, All Jacked Up. The sophomore CD will hit stores September 27. Gretchen fans will notice that the release date is also her lucky number-27. The new album includes 12 songs, seven of which were written or co-written by Gretchen. The "redneck woman" is already performing some of the new songs live, including the title track, "Skoal Ring," "California Girls" and a song called "Politically Uncorrect," which features vocals from legend Merle Haggard. Gretchen will also include her take on the Billie Holliday classic, "Good Morning Heartache," as a bonus track. All Jacked Up will be simultaneously released in Canada and Australia-where Gretchen's debut CD is certified platinum-and other countries to be announced at a later date.
