Parade and Party With the CMA, June 6

The CMA Music Festival in downtown Nashville gets off to a roaring start with the “Third Annual CMA Music Festival Kick-Off Parade” and “The Second Annual CMA Music Festival Block Party,” Wednesday, June 6.

The parade, featuring Grand Marshal Darryl Worley, gets underway at 2:30 p.m. and will feature such stars as Chris Young, Tanya Tucker, Blue County and 2007 Nashville Star champ Angela Hacker riding in the hottest new cars and trucks from Chevrolet. Following the parade at 3:30 p.m., the Block Party gets rocking on the plaza at the Sommet Center, formerly the Nashville Arena, with Jason Michael Carroll, Elizabeth Cook, Jennifer Hanson, Mark Chesnutt and other stars. The CMA Music Festival runs June 7–10 in downtown Nashville.
