Sure beat a new pair of cufflinks.

Country singer Josh Kelley spent his birthday Monday (Jan. 30) in Paris with his wife, actress Katherine Heigl, who also was celebrating the release of her new movie, One for the Money.

And Katherine—Josh calls her Katie—got her hubby a very Parisian birthday present.

"My wife took me to a burlesque show last night in paris 4mybday," Josh tweeted. "How cool is she right!!!

That adventure capped a romantic weekend, where paparrazi captured most of their outdoor movements—and European media published bunches of those pics.

Among their non-burlesque stops: Josh and Katie had dinner at the famed Le Jules Verne restaurant on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. Délicieux!
