Oaks’ William Lee Golden Supports Kids Music Program

The Oak Ridge Boys' William Lee Golden is a family man first, which is why he's lending his talents and support to the Franklin, Tenn., production company K5 Presents. The company records popular Christian songs from well-known artists of the genre that are subsequently redone by schoolchildren. William Lee and his wife, Brenda, are the parents of a young son, Solomon. The long-tressed baritone vocalist of the quartet believes that the program is beneficial to their child because the songs chosen for the recordings carry positive, uplifting messages.

"Whether you are religious or not, the bottom line is that we still want the best and safest content out there for our children and K5 does that," William Lee noted in a release. "Also, having other kids singing makes the music more relatable to their audience."
