NEWLY-MARRIED BRAD PAISLEY'S SURPRISE WEDDING

Brad Paisley, fresh from his honeymoon with new bride Kimberly Williams, made an appearance on the USA Network's "Nashville Star," and revealed some details about his recent wedding.

Backstage, Brad joked that so far, the marriage "is going really well. It's only been three weeks, and they said it wouldn't last, but here we are, already on our three week anniversary!"

The wedding itself was a surprise to the guests, who were under the impression that it was only to be a rehearsal.

"We invited everybody to the rehearsal and they showed up and sat down in the church," reveals Brad. "Then we ran through it. Then all of a sudden the preachers put on their robes, and it was a really neat way to keep the stress of a real wedding away."

"It was like she and I were in on an inside joke," he continues. "Just seeing her coming down that aisle . . . It's such an intense and important moment, but nobody else knew that. It was just nice to have that moment."
