NEW SINGLE FROM THE LATE CHRIS LEDOUX

Chris LeDoux died March 9 from a long battle with cancer-but fans of the singer/songwriter, rodeo champion and acclaimed sculptor remain steadfast. Chris' label, Capitol Records, has decided to release the single, "The Ride," from Chris' final album, Horsepower. Mike Dungan, the head of Capitol Records Nashville, said, "Since the passing of our friend, Chris LeDoux, many of you have called to request a new single. After much deliberation and discussion with the LeDoux family, we have decided that the philosophy and the spirit of this wonderful man is perfectly captured in 'The Ride.'" The single will be delivered to radio by April 18.
