New Scotty McCreery Video Stars Real-Life High School Friends

Scotty goes back to his school, gathers about 70 friends to shoot vid for “The Trouble With Girls.”

Scotty McCreery released the video yesterday (Oct. 24) for his latest single, “The Trouble With Girls”—and it stars 70 of his closest friends.

The 18-year-old went back to his Garner, N.C., high school earlier this month to shoot the video.

"For me, it’s all about making it believable,” Scotty told The News & Observer. “Even the songs in my album—they’re about my life.”

That did make life a little weird for some of Scotty’s classmates that day.

“It’s kinda hard to believe," said senior Tyler White. “When he left, we were proud of him, but we never thought it would come down to this—shooting a video here. It’s kind of surreal.”
