New Inductees to Musicians Hall

Charlie Daniels and the legendary Chet Atkins were announced as two of the new inductees to the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum at a ceremony held at the Museum in Nashville, June 2.

Three-time Grammy award winning guitarist Steve Wariner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Felix Cavaliere, formerly of the Rascals, made the announcements. In addition to Charlie and Chet, the new class will include bassist Billy Cox, guitarist Dick Dale, musician Victor Feldman, arranger Paul Riser, producer Fred Foster and progressive rock band Toto. The musicians will be officially inducted at the 2009 Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum Awards Show, October 12, at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville.
