Clay Walker and his wife Jessica are the proud parents of their first child, son William Clayton, born Aug. 5 in Texas.

The baby boy weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and is the first child born to Clay and Jessica, who were married in 2007. Clay has two daughters from a previous marriage. Mother and child are reported to be doing well.
