Natasha Bedingfield Surprise Guest for Flatts

ABC taped the Rascal Flatts concert in Minnesota Friday night, and pop singer Natasha Bedingfield (“Unwritten”) electrified the crowd with a surprise appearance, the local paper reported.

Natasha sang with Flatts’ Gary LeVox on the song “Easy” on the group’s new album. And she showed up at the Xcel Center to reprise the duet, according to the Star Tribune.

“They sang on the main stage and eventually, holding hands, sauntered onto the runway and matched each other vocal wail for vocal wail. They ended with a chaste hug,” the newspaper reviewer wrote.

Oh, and there was this catty observation of the Natasha/Flatts combo: “Too bad her high-end British fashion sense clashed with RF’s JC Penney couture.”

Meow!

The special will air at 8 p.m. ET March 12 on ABC.
