NASHVILLE STAR UPDATE

Legend Willie Nelson was Nashville Star's special guest last Saturday night. Willie opened the show with his trademark song, "Whiskey River." Then each of the contestants had to perform a Willie Nelson song in front of the man himself, who said of the finalists, "They're all so good. I'm glad I'm not a judge!" Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye to two of the finalists - Shelia Marshall and Marty Slayton. Tune in next Saturday, April 10 at 10 p.m. Eastern for episode six of Nashville Star, when the legendary band Lynyrd Skynyrd will guest and contestants will each perform a favorite Southern rock song.
