Musicians Run for Tim’s Dad

Tim McGraw’s keyboard player Jeff McMahon led a group of 36 people running for Team McGraw at the New York City Marathon, Sunday, Nov. 4, in honor of Tim’s dad, Tug McGraw.

Tug died in 2004 of brain cancer. The team included Tim’s fiddle player Deano Brown and several brain cancer survivors running for the Tug McGraw Foundation. So far, the team has raised nearly $200,000. To donate to the foundation, go to tugmcgraw.org.
