MTV Pits Taylor Against Beyoncé Again!

You might recall Taylor Swift was part of a pop culture eruption at last year’s MTV Video Music Awards, when Kanye West interrupted her speech for Best Female Video for “You Belong With Me.” You see, Kanye took issue with Taylor winning over Beyoncé, who was also in the category.

Looks like Taylor’s going back to this year’s Video Music Awards show.

She scored another nomination for Best Female Video, this time for “Fifteen.”

Taylor will face off against Katy Perry (“California Gurls”), Ke$ha (“Tik Tok”), Lady Gaga and Beyoncé (“Video Phone”) and Lady Gaga again (“Bad Romance”).

Ooooooo, Taylor’s up against Beyoncé again! No word if Kanye will be in the house this year.

The VMAs air live on MTV at 9 p.m. ET on Sept. 12.
