It’s hard to say what had most people talking more at last night’s CMA Awards—who won what or Miranda Lambert's smokin’-hot body!

Miranda didn’t say how much weight she had lost when she visited with reporters backstage, but she did explain what inspired the focus on fitness. “I’m going to be 30 years old on Sunday. I just thought maybe if I get ahead of it a little, then maybe I won't have to work so hard later in life,” she said. “I just felt like I should get a little more healthy, and I have a record coming out in the spring, and it’s a very important album to me. It’s my fifth album. I’ve found a great spot in country music and I want to keep it, and I want people to know that I care. And I want to look the part, too.”

Miranda didn’t make big changes: “I didn’t give up a lot. Cheetos.” She also revealed that she didn’t give up drinking. “I refuse,” she said, laughing. “I’d give up my husband. You have to drink to put up with that.”

Looking good, Miranda!
