More Garth on the Way?

Speculation has been mounting that Garth Brooks plans to release a new project sometime this year.

According to cmt.com, Garth is set to release a two-disc CD set, which will include four new songs and 30 hits, plus a DVD of 33 music videos, all under the title The Ultimate Garth Brooks. Rumors are also circulating that the project may be released on Big Machine Records, the same label that recently signed Garth’s wife, Trisha Yearwood. Unlike Garth’s most recent projects, which have been available only through Wal-Mart stores, this package is expected to be sold at all retail outlets.
