Mischievous Chris Young Likes to Lock Eyes With Fans

“It’s hilarious ’cause then they get really embarrassed,” he said.

Looks like nice guy Chris Young has a little bit of a mischievous side to him.

Chris recently admitted that he likes to trip up fans during his live shows. He scans the crowd for people who are singing along, and that's when the fun begins.

“I see somebody singin’, and you make eye contact with ’em, and it’s like it messes up their entire world,” Chris says.

“And they just start, like, mouthing gibberish. They were singing the lyrics to the song like five seconds before that, and now you’re lookin’ at ’em, and . . . they’re like, ‘Yellow cats and purple bunnies.’ They have no idea what they’re sayin’, and it’s hilarious ’cause then they get really embarrassed.”
