Miranda’s Got Milk

Country girl Miranda Lambert has been announced as the new face of the "Got Milk?" campaign.

At a press conference in Nashville on Wednesday (Oct. 31), Miranda extolled the virtues of the breakfast beverage and unveiled a beautiful ad that features her in jeans, with a guitar, a bowl of cereal and the signature milk mustache. Afterward, she told Country Weekly what a thrill it was to be involved in the program, which has featured celebrities from sports, film, television and music. "I always wanted to be on 'Got Milk?'" she said with a laugh. "And here I am."

She also gave us the scoop on that mustache. "It's milk and it has a foam to it and also some yogurt," she explained. "And it takes a while. And you drink it, you have to drink it—it tastes good! Then you have to use a Q-tip to get it perfect. It took four or five times to get it. But it's pretty!"

Look for Miranda at the Country Music Association Awards, which will be broadcast live from Nashville tomorrow, Nov. 1, at 8 pm. ET on ABC. She's nominated for four awards!
