Miranda Sometimes Has to Tell Blake to Calm Down

Miranda says her husband is joking around all the time: “What you see is what you get with him.”

So Blake Shelton is known as the jokester of the couple in his marriage to Miranda Lambert.

But Miranda—who's pushing her new album, Four the Record—got her share of laughs Wednesday morning (Nov. 2) on Live With Regis & Kelly.

Host Regis Philbin mentioned that Blake is a funny guy, which drew a funny response from Miranda.

"He's that way all the time. What you see is what you get with him," Miranda said. "Sometimes I'm like, 'Dude, turn it off. We're at home. Calm down!'"

Miranda also said that she and Blake have separate farms, but she recently moved into his.

“My house is built in the ’50s, and he’s 6-foot-5 and he hits his head on everything,” Miranda explained. “I’m like, ‘You should move in with me,’ and he’s like, ‘I physically can't live in your house.’ So I’m in the bachelor pad.”
