Miranda Lambert has quite the entrepreneurial streak, as it turns out. In addition to her Pink Pistol boutique in Tishomingo, Okla., the country star is now planning to open the Ladysmith bed and breakfast nearby.

“I bought the building across the street from the Pink Pistol in Tishomingo, Oklahoma,” Miranda told The Country Vibe. “It was built in 1901, so it’s been over a year of renovations. It is a bed and breakfast but it’s also an events center, so you can rent it for weddings and showers and private parties and all kinds of stuff. But it does have eight rooms.”

The space will supposedly be ready to open in late summer, but no firm date has been announced. Miranda plans to put someone else in charge of the new venture. “I have no idea what I’m doing,” she says. “I don’t know how to run a bed and breakfast or anything about it. But it’s too beautiful of a building not to restore.”

Recently, Miranda’s fifth studio album, Platinum, landed at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart—Miranda’s first time to accomplish that feat—with 180,000 first-week units sold.
