It is also being reported that Dr. Phil McGraw, who suggested that Mindy enter a treatment facility in Arizona, has taken Mindy as his own “personal project.” Mindy’s representative confirmed to usmagazine.com, “Mindy McCready did receive emergency care at [Nashville’s] Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Other issues made it prudent for her to seek longer term and broader based treatment. To her credit, she has entered into an extended care facility where she will receive the care needed and for the moment we ask that everyone respect her privacy.”
