Mindy McCready was arrested for a probation violation in Williamson County, Tenn., near Nashville, June 23, reports tmz.com.

Mindy was arrested for a probation violation after allegedly falsifying information on her community service report. She turned herself in to Williamson Country Sheriffs, Monday night, June 23, and posted bail two hours later. This marks the latest arrest for Mindy, who In September of 2007, was sentenced to a year in jail, also for violating probation. She was released in December.
