Mel McDaniel Benefit, Aug. 13

Country music's top stars will come together in a benefit concert for Mel McDaniel, Thursday, Aug. 13, at Music City's famed Nashville Palace nightspot.

Mel has been recovering from a June 16 heart attack. Slated to perform at the benefit show are Buddy Jewell, David Ball, Ricky Lynn Gregg and Mel's fellow Grand Ole Opry stars, including Little Jimmy Dickens and Jim Ed Brown.
