McGRAW/CHESNEY TRIAL POSTPONED
Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney were in court, on the fourth day of testimony, when the presiding judge had to be taken to the hospital.
Edmund Brown, who reportedly had a lung removed last December due to cancer, was complaining of having breathing problems and was whisked away to the hospital, and was listed in critical condition as of Thursday, May 17.
If Brown cannot continue to preside on this case, a mistrial will be declared, and the proceedings will start over from the beginning.
