"An Evening With Marty Stuart and Travis Tritt," as the show is billed, is a special acoustic performance from the stage of the Trustees Theater during the opening weekend of the festival. Marty had originally been scheduled to perform with country legend Porter Wagoner, who died Oct. 28. Marty and Travis have a long history together. In 1991, they collaborated on, "The Whiskey Ain't Workin,'" which reached No. 2, and hit Top 10 in 1992 with "This One's Gonna Hurt You (For a Long, Long Time)." Marty and Travis also performed together on the No Hats tour during the early 1990s. For more details on the 2008 Savannah Music Festival, go to savannahmusicfestival.org.
