Martina to Help Opry Go Pink to Fight Breast Cancer

"Opry Goes Pink" for the third time to raise awareness.

Martina McBride will flip a giant switch Oct. 22 to turn the Grand Ole Opry barn backdrop pink to kick off the third annual "Opry Goes Pink" show. Carrie Underwood was the first to do so, and Martina's appearance is especially appropriate because of her new single, "I'm Gonna Love You Through It," which offers hope to those affected by cancer.

Martina will be joined by Lauren Alaina, Edens Edge, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap and others for the show that night.

Tix are on sale now through opry.com, and $5 of every one sold goes to Women Rock for the Cure.

There also will be an online pink auction that starts Oct. 18.
