LYLE LOVETT PINNED BY BULL

According to reports, Lyle Lovett underwent surgery earlier this week after being trampled and pinned by a bull.

"It's a bad injury," said Dr. Kevin Coupe, the doctor that performed the surgery, adding that Lovett's leg was broken in multiple places and could take up to six months for a full recovery.

The Associated Press is reporting that Lovett sustained the injury while coming to the aid of his uncle, who had just been flipped by the same bull.

A spokesperson for the hospital stated that Lovett is in good condition and may stay in the hospital for up to three days.
