“Just to write songs that talk about picking peanuts down in Georgia,” he says.

Luke Bryan breaks off his Dirt Road Diaries Tour for a little while to launch his annual Farm Tour in Statesboro, Ga., Wednesday night (Oct. 2).

The Farm Tour brings Luke to smaller farming towns and venues—which brings Luke back to his southern Georgia roots.

Luke tells ABC News Radio he likes the tour so much that he might make an album out of it.

“I think I’m gonna probably down the road do a little Farm Tour album just to write songs that talk about picking peanuts down in Georgia,” he said. “I don’t know. We’ll see. We’ll see what comes out.

“You know, the more you can use your music to let your fans in on your life, they like that. If it’s good music, they’ll buy it.”
