LORETTA LYNN HOSPITALIZED

Loretta Lynn was admitted to a hospital near her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee on Tuesday where she is being treated for pneumonia.

Lynn, 65, was scheduled to appear at a tribute to singer Johnny Russell, and on the Grand Ole Opry radio show, but will have to miss these appearances due to her illness.

Lynn's spokeswoman, Schatzi Hageman said, "She is in good condition, but the doctors are watching her closely."
