LONESTAR WANTS YOUR UNUSUAL MOMENTS

Lonestar's new single, "Unusually Unusual," has sparked an unusual contest.

The band wants to hear from their fans, specifically their most "Unusually Unusual" moment; the weirdest thing that ever happened to them.

Entries can be submitted through the group's website -- www.Lonestar.mu -- and the top ten entries will be posted on the site on September 23. From there, the fans will vote on which of the ten is their favorite.

Finalists will get an autographed copy of Lonestar's album "I'm Already There," and the grand prize winner -- announced on September 30 -- will get an "Unusually Unusual" gift package, the contents of which have not yet been announced.

"We urge all fans not to hold back, we really want to know what you have always been too afraid to tell your friends," says the group's frontman Richie McDonald, adding, "We aren't sure there are fans that will be able to top us, we have gone to great lengths - anything can happen on the road.

The deadline to enter Lonestar's "Unusually Unusual" contest is September 13.
