LONESTAR MAKES TROUBLE ON SET

Lonestar makes their "acting" debut on the NBC Soap Opera "Days Of Our Lives" today (check your local listings for air time). "It was a stretch acting-wise - we're playing a band," jokes guitarist Michael Britt. In the scene, Lonestar is headlining the opening of Alice's, a "new country bar and restaurant" owned by character Bonnie Lockhart (played by Judi Evans). The band's performance of "T.G.I.F," a track from their album, "Let's Be Us Again" - went smoothly. But the boys unknowingly caused a bit of trouble for the lighting guys on the set when they started making shadow puppets to kill time before filming. Michael says the director came over the loud speaker and said, " ' Whoever is doing the puppet show, please stop. ' We almost got fired on our first acting gig!"
