Here’s a tasty bit of news: Little Big Town’s Kimberly Schlapman is coming back to television for more cooking.

Great American Country recently announced that it has renewed Kimberly’s cooking program, Kimberly’s Simply Southern, for a third season with 13 new episodes that will begin airing in 2014. In the new season, Kimberly will continue to find the best local foods while on tour and try to re-create them at home in Nashville. Following her second season, Kimberly was nominated for a Taste Award for Best Home Chef in a Series.

“This series is a childhood dream of mine and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to get to share all the fun things I learn out there in my travels,” said Kimberly. “I love sharing my passion for cooking and hunting down treasures across the country with Great American Country’s viewers."
