Lionel Richie, Darius Rucker Wow Radio Crowd

Nashville is overrun with country radio people from all over the world at an annual event called Country Radio Seminar.

With such a high-powered audience, the record labels try to wow ’em. And wow ’em they did at a private Universal Music Group show yesterday (March 2) at the Ryman.

After songs from Sugarland, David Nail, Ashton Shepherd, Billy Currington, Vince Gill and others, Lionel Richie closed the show.

The pop star sat the piano and started in on his classic “Stuck on You”—and then Darius Rucker walked on to join in.

The crowd went bonkers for Lionel Rucker. Darius Richie? Hootie and the Richie?
