Lee Brice Schedules New Album, “I Don’t Dance”

Follow-up to Hard 2 Love due Sept. 9.

Turns out, Lee Brice is a bit of a control freak. It’s OK, though. It means that his new album, I Don’t Dance, will be worth the wait.

“I wanted to have control over every drumbeat, every lick,” Lee says. “It was a lot of really sitting down and thinking about every little piece that goes into a song.” In fact, he thought about it so much that he played every instrument on the track “Girls in Bikinis.” And he contributes banjo licks on the song “Sirens.”

I Don’t Dance, the follow-up to his 2012 gold-selling album, Hard 2 Love, will be released on Sept. 9. The title track is zooming up the charts now and fans at his shows with Luke Bryan are enjoying sneak peeks of new music—so you might want to catch a show soon!
