They’re both iconic in their own genres, and now Lee Ann Womack and singer/songwriter and R&B star John Legend will join forces for the latest installment of fan favorite CMT Crossroads.

Both singers bring considerable talent to the table. Lee Ann’s hit “I Hope You Dance” won a CMA Single of the Year award, for starters, and helped her sell 6 million copies of the album by the same name. Lee Ann’s latest collection, The Way I’m Livin’, is out Sept. 23. John has been a force on the pop charts for nearly a decade, stunning crowds with his breakout hit, “Ordinary People,” and collaborating with a who’s who that includes Kanye West, Jay Z and more. His latest album, Love in the Future, includes the worldwide smash “All of Me.”

The special episode showcasing the two Grammy-winning stars was shot in Franklin, Tenn., and will premiere Friday, Sept. 26, at 10 p.m. ET on CMT.
