The latest word from LeAnn's publicist is that she is engaged to dancer Dean Sheremet.
Rimes herself confirmed the report at Elton John's "The Concert: 20 Years of AIDS" benefit on Wednesday night.
The concert was held at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, where Rimes sang an a cappella version of "Amazing Grace."
Also performing were Sting, Alicia Keys, Jon Bon Jovi and Matchbox Twenty.
