LeANN CELEBRATES—WITH KEITH URBAN

LeAnn Rimes celebrated the success of her R&R No. 1 single, “Something’s Gotta Give,” at a Music Row party, Wed., July 29, with a surprise guest in the audience—Keith Urban.

Keith was in a Nashville studio tracking for his upcoming album with producer Dann Huff, who also produces LeAnn. He decided to come along to offer his congratulations to the two. Keith told a friend standing nearby that he was “very happy” for LeAnn. LeAnn was also in a happy mood as she had gone 10 years between No. 1 records. “Hopefully, we’ll close the gap a little bit on the next No. 1,” she told reporters before the event. She added that she has been writing more songs recently, and plans to have a new CD out in early 2007
