Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley, Dave Haywood Get Target Practice

Wearing Ellen underwear on a sniper range?

Not many people can say they've gone from a shooting range to a concert, but Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley visited Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga., to try out their shooting skills recently while on the road for their Own the Night World Tour 2012.

During Lady Antebellum's latest Webisode Wednesday (March 7), with the help of a sniper instructor on base, Dave and Charles work in a little target practice on a 250-meter mark. "We're highly trained musical professionals," Charles says jokingly in the clip. When they are not concentrating on their shooting, the high jinks continue.  Dave shows the viewers perhaps a little more than he had planned, as Charles points out that Dave is in fact wearing underwear emblazoned with the Ellen Degeneres Show logo.

Of course, they can't help but give their instructor a chance to show off his skills. "The challenge is if our sniper instructor can put a hole in the Lady Antebellum guitar pick," Dave says, as the video shows a close-up of a guitar pick embellished with a photo of Lady Antebellum taped to the target. Watch the clip below to see how the instructor does.
