Yeah, the CMA trophies and the sold-out concerts are nice and all.

But Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott has truly arrived—she’s a homeowner, she tells Access Hollywood.

“I just signed the papers on my house, the first house ever. Like it’s finalized today. So I’m celebrating that, too,” Hillary, 24, told the syndicated TV show.

“I’m like, ‘Welcome to being a grown-up, Hillary.’ You know? It’s like, ‘Oh my gosh, now I have a mortgage.’ This is scary,” she said.

Bandmate Charles Kelley says it ain’t easy.

“It’s something all the time, I can tell her that right there,” he said, smiling.
