She has more than a dazzling voice. Pretty much everything singer Kristy Lee Cook touches is sprinkled with sparkle and shine, including her nails, her horse’s tack and killer wallets that she sells online. In fact, wallets started her passion for “bedazzling” anything that would sit still.

“I was at an airport in Denver, flying home to Oregon,” she tells Country Weekly. “I got home, and a month later I looked at my bank statements and was like, ‘Somebody has been spending money from my account.’ I called and researched it and there’s actually a new device that someone can be in the same room with you and the device will scan your credit card and store it and they they can use it whenever they want.”

Kristy deduced that someone had used such a device while she was in Denver and discovered that the only proven barrier was an aluminum wallet. She laughs and says, “I bought one and I was like, ‘This is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. I’ve got to at least make it cuter.’”

She did and posted her results on Facebook. The wallets are made in limited quantities, but Kristy Lee sells them directly to her fans from her Facebook page, so be sure to follow if you want one of your own.
