Country stars never met a USO tour they didn’t like.

Kix Brooks, of recently disbanded Brooks & Dunn, joined a bunch of stars earlier this week to entertain U.S. troops in the Middle East.

Kix is overseas with comedians Robin Williams, Lewis Black and Kathleen Madigan, as well as sports legend Lance Armstrong and Nashville songwriter Bob DiPiero.

“We just did our first show, and it went great!" Kix says through his publicist. "This group of folks I’m traveling with are amazing!”

Kix and his troops are expected to stay overseas through the weekend.
