Kip Moore Scores Third Straight No. 1 With “Hey Pretty Girl”

So Kip Moore is not only reuniting couples with his “Hey Pretty Girl.” Looks like he's making himself and his record label a pile of money, too.

That hit is No. 1 this week on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase country singles chart—and that’s Kip's third straight No. 1 from his debut album, Up All Night. You might recall he scored big with “Beer Money” and “Somethin’ ’Bout a Truck” as well from the album.

Better still, Kip co-wrote all three hits.

“Writing all of these songs and seeing them come to life through the fans’ eyes is humbling, to say the least,” he said. “The support from them and all the great people at radio has left me speechless.”

Kip is in some pretty high cotton: He’s only the third country artist ever to have three back-to-back chart-toppers from one album on the Mediabase country singles chart, his record label says.

That’s not all—Lady Antebellum just announced Kip will be the trio’s opening act for their next tour, which kicks off in November.
