Kimberly Schlapman's Back in the GAC Kitchen.

New Season of Kimberly's Simply Southern Premieres Monday, April 7.

Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman is back in the kitchen for the third season of her Great American Country cooking series, Kimberly's Simply Southern. The new season premiere date is set for Monday, April 7, at 4 p.m. ET. The premiere was originally set for Saturday, April 12, but was recently changed.

"It's so hard to believe that this will be the third season of Kimberly's Simply Southern," Kimberly noted about the show. "Season 3 is even more exciting for me because I got to film it in my new kitchen, and I was able to cook with people I've admired for a long time."

Among the guests who will be dropping by the kitchen this season are Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott, Billy Currington, Amy Grant and Keifer and Shawna Thompson of Thompson Square.

In the first episode, Kimberly visits a honey farm in Georgia, getting hands-on with some bees in the process, and learns the secrets behind one of Nashville's signature dishes: hot chicken.

Get in the kitchen with Kimberly every Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. ET for Kimberly's Simply Southern.
